IT Services for Businesses in Dubai & the UAE

Websites and apps, office IT and support, accounting and business software, and digital marketing — built and looked after by our own team.

A new company in the UAE needs more than a licence and a bank account. It needs a website customers can find, email on its own domain, an accounting system that produces correct tax invoices, and somebody to call when any of it stops working.

Most businesses buy those from four different suppliers, and none of them takes responsibility for how the pieces fit together. The website does not talk to the accounting system, nobody remembers who holds the domain, and the invoices need correcting every VAT quarter.

Our team builds, sets up and supports all of it, and works alongside the people here who handle your licence, VAT and corporate tax. So the systems are set up to match how your business is actually registered and taxed.

IT Services — frequently asked

Which IT services do you provide?
Four areas: websites, online stores and apps; office IT setup and ongoing support; accounting, ERP and CRM software; and SEO and digital marketing. You can take one of them or all four, and the work is done by our own team.
How much does a business website cost in Dubai?
It depends on the number of pages, whether you need online payments or a booking system, and how much of the content you already have. A straightforward company website costs far less than an online store or a custom application. We give a fixed written price once we know what the site has to do, so the figure does not move during the build.
Do you offer ongoing IT support for small businesses?
Yes. Support can be a monthly arrangement covering your users, devices, email, backups and security updates, or help as and when you need it. Most small offices do not need a full-time IT employee, and a support arrangement costs a fraction of one.
Can you set up accounting software that is ready for UAE VAT and e-invoicing?
Yes. We set up accounting systems to issue valid tax invoices, track input and output VAT for your returns and keep the records corporate tax requires. The UAE is also introducing mandatory e-invoicing in phases, starting with larger businesses in 2027, and the system you choose now should be able to connect to an accredited provider when your phase arrives.
Who owns the website, domain and accounts once the work is finished?
You do. Domains, hosting, software licences and administrator accounts are registered in your company’s name and handed over with the logins. If you ever move to another provider, nothing is held back.
